The cost includes:
Weekend workshop
Private Room with private bathroom
Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
There is regular and vegetarian food.
Also coffee, tea and water available at all times and treats.
Dinner can be done indoor/outdoor in a covered area.
The workshop will take place indoor and outdoor. Indoor is a very large meeting room (able to contain 80 people) with lots of space for our 16 to 18 maximum people group. The outdoor includes around the pool area, in the large breezeway, in the private gardens and around the lake.
The program includes bounding to nature through gentle healing exercise in the morning, guided walk around the lake and relaxing time by the fire pit both nights.
EMPOWERING RETREAT DURING COVID-19
Due to Covid-19, double occupancy rooms ARE NOW SINGLE ROOMS, Participants have to bring their own towels for hygiene purposes. The amount of participants is limited to 16 to 18. Most activities and teachings done indoor/outdoor. Each participant NEEDS a proof (printed copy) of having been tested for Covid-19 approximately a week prior and negative results in hand or having been vaccinated.(printed copy) We will take all the precautions necessary to protect the health of everyone.

The school being so large, it is easy to keep social distancing, wear masks and clean hands and the surroundings. It is also possible to wear gloves if necessary.
Also, please note that every student must present a proof of having been testing negative no sooner than 10 days prior to the class, or proof of vaccination.
It is necessary in order to respect and honor each other’s health and well-being.
