Alpha ONE Class is named after the Alpha state. We ALL go into the ALPHA state just before we fall asleep. In class I will teach you how to consciously go into this meditative state where we quiet the mind allowing us to receive messages from our higher self, our guides and guardian angels. This workshop will open the door to new awareness about yourself and the world around you.
